Faces, alive with joy and passion, told everybody we met along the way that we were ready for COP26.
All over King's Cross station, COP26 was being promoted. Hitachi had set up an interactive experience on the main concourse. The children enjoyed pegging their pledges as to how they will help climate change onto the tree.
Once on the train, they caught up with assigned schoolwork. As part of our fundraising exercise, the children drew the raffle for winners of donated prizes!
Ali, our Production Manager had even printed the raffle bags with our logo!
We sped past the beautiful Northumberland coast. Not far now!
The hostel was great! Everyone was so helpful. And the next morning, we were ready to pile onto the bus that would take us to COP26
And here we are!
More photos of our performance to come in Part 2!
